Lennard is the Chairman of InCorp Global. With over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, Lennard brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to his role. As Chairman, he plays a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of the company and driving its growth.

Prior to joining InCorp, Lennard served as the Group CEO and Managing Director of Tricor, where he was responsible for developing the company’s strategy and overseeing its global operations. During his leadership, Tricor expanded to cover 21 jurisdictions globally, grew revenues by 2x over a 5-year period, and employed over 2,800 staff. Before this, Lennard gained diverse experience across the Insurance, Asset Management, and Banking sectors. His career began in Australia before progressing to Amsterdam, and finally in Hong Kong, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become the CFO in 2008. He then progressed to CEO roles in several Global MNC and regional life insurance subsidiaries.

Lennard’s professional accreditations include memberships at the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia) and Fellow CPA (Australia). To further enhance his business acumen and leadership skills, he has attended prestigious corporate programs at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School. Lennard holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business degree from universities in Australia.
