Andrew serves as a Board Member at InCorp Global, leveraging his extensive experience in professional services and expertise in human capital management to contribute to the organization’s strategic direction and overall success.

Previously, Andrew held the position of Partner and Financial Services Practice Leader Asia Pacific at Egon Zehnder, one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firms. Over the course of 16 years, he has been a trusted advisor to a diverse range of global and Asian clients, focusing on CEO succession, talent development, and organization design. His areas of expertise include succession planning, executive potential assessment, leadership development, talent management, board advisory, and board consulting. Prior to this, Andrew spent his entire career with Citibank’s Global Consumer Group, where he gained extensive experience in Wealth Management, Digital Banking, and Strategic Marketing across the Asia Pacific region.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University in Canada, as well as a Post-Graduate Program Diploma from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India.
